Sani Suleiman Sani is a digital governance expert working with Paradigm Initiative whose work focuses on the intersection of technology, human rights, and public policy. He has contributed to major initiatives advancing digital inclusion, online accountability, and rights-respecting technology policies across Africa and the Global South.

A fellow of the African School on Internet Governance, he brings deep expertise in Research and held certifications in data protection and Privacy, AI and emerging technologies, and Public Policy. with research spanning internet connectivity, platform governance, and the social impact of digital regulation.

Sani’s approach blends technical understanding with a strong human rights perspective, helping shape conversations on how digital platforms can remain open, safe, and accountable in an increasingly complex online world. He leads the research work at PIN.
