Ihueze Nwobilor is a Digital Inclusion Expert. He works at Paradigm Initiative, where he leads the organisation’s Digital Inclusion programmes. He is a dedicated advocate for digital rights, policy development, and social inclusion. With a strong background in governance, human rights, and technology policy, he has been instrumental in engaging policymakers, civil society, and stakeholders to drive meaningful change in the digital space. Ihueze is passionate about promoting equitable access to technology, fostering ethical digital practices, and ensuring that marginalised communities are not left behind in the digital age. Through his work at Paradigm Initiative, he champions initiatives that bridge the gap between policy and practice, empowering individuals and organisations to navigate the evolving digital landscape responsibly.
Ihueze is a Fellow of the Nigerian and African Schools on Internet Governance. Over the past ten years, his digital inclusion and policy work at Paradigm Initiative has impacted over 150,000 young people in over 12 African countries.
